Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a senior sales leader for a leading flexible packaging business. You will own the sales strategy and P&L growth across domestic and export markets, and lead a team of senior sales professionals to win new customers and large accounts.

You will collaborate with manufacturing and leadership to expand capacity, strengthen market share, and pursue international opportunities in North America, the UK, and Latin America, delivering profitable growth and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 15 to 25 years of total experience, including 5 to 8+ years in a senior sales leadership role within the Flexible Packaging industry.
• Proven experience in high-barrier multilayer films, vacuum pouches, thermoforming films, barrier films, and co-extruded flexible packaging solutions.
• Strong exposure to both domestic and export markets, particularly North America, UK, and Latin America.
• Demonstrated success in leading large sales teams and delivering profitable growth.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, customer relationship management, and business development capabilities.
