Job summary

Truckinzy in Delhi is seeking an experienced Air & Sea Export Pricing Executive to manage export pricing, rate procurement, quotations and vendor coordination.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in Air & Sea Export Pricing within the freight forwarding industry, with 2-5 years in the field and strong Excel skills. You will liaise with sales and operations to quote accurately and maintain pricing databases.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Air & Sea Export Pricing.
• Freight Forwarding experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Air Export & Sea Export pricing.
• Hands-on experience with FCL & LCL.
• Knowledge of shipping lines, airlines, freight rates & surcharges.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle Air & Sea Export Pricing enquiries.
• Procure competitive rates from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents and vendors.
• Prepare and share accurate and competitive freight quotations.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations for pricing enquiries.
• Negotiate freight rates, surcharges and commercial terms with vendors.
• Maintain updated freight rate sheets and pricing databases.
• Analyze market rates and provide competitive pricing solutions.
• Follow up on quotations and support the Sales team in converting business.
• Maintain proper records of rates, quotations and vendor details.
• Ensure timely response to pricing enquiries as per company TAT.
