Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in Export Logistics in the Textile industry.
• Prior experience in garment or textile export industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export shipment operations.
• Handle export documentation and shipping coordination.
• Negotiate freight rates and ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order flow.
• Follow up on payment realization and maintain proper documentation for bank submissions
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs and other export regulations
• Coordinate with internal merchandising and accounts teams for smooth order flow
• Track shipments and resolve discrepancies or delays promptly

Export Documentation and Logistics Executive

Position: Export Documentation and Logistics Officer

Experience: 4–10 years – Must have experience in Export Logistics in the Textile industry

Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, International Business, or related field

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Export Documentation & Logistics Executive to manage end‑to‑end export shipment operations. The ideal candidate will handle export documentation, shipping coordination, freight negotiation, and banking & compliance requirements — ensuring smooth and timely dispatch of shipments to our reputed international buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with forwarders to plan shipments with the earliest flight/vessel schedule.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA for booking and shipment schedules.
• Negotiate freight rates and ensure cost‑effective logistics solutions.
• Prepare and manage bank documents for export payments (LC, Bill of Exchange, etc.).
• Follow up on payment realization and maintain proper documentation for bank submissions.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other export regulations.
• Coordinate with internal merchandising and accounts teams for smooth order flow.
• Track shipments and resolve any discrepancies or delays proactively.

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of export procedures, logistics, and documentation.
• Experience in banking & government compliance for export shipments.
• Strong negotiation ability with freight forwarders and agents.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and general computer operations.
• Prior experience in the garment or textile export industry.
