Job Overview

The Director, Global People Shared Services Transformation will play a critical role in accelerating the transformation of our People Shared Services function, including the implementation of manager and employee self-service solutions, automation of HR processes, and the development of a People Services transformation business case. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a unique reputed company of operational expertise, business acumen, and transformational leadership skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing large-scale, global transformation projects, effective vendor management experience, and strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead reputed company of HR shared services professionals across countries to deliver support to approximately 1,000 employees globally, providing guidance on HR administrative functions, including immigration, HR systems, and people analytics.


• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of reputed company HR administrative functions under the existing model and accelerate the implementation of a global shared services function, leveraging automation reputed company HR technology to enhance the employee experience.


• reputed company and execute a reputed company that enables reputed company and Business leaders to reputed company data-driven reputed company about talent, including designing and managing People Analytics projects, evaluating the effectiveness of HR programs/pilots, and identifying new opportunities for investment.

Essential Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading global HR shared services, preferably with a global company, with a proven track record of implementing large-scale, global transformation projects.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or a reputed company field; Master's degree preferred.


• Quantifiable track record of implementing large-scale, global transformation projects, with effective reputed company skills and experience influencing business case acceptance at C-suite and reputed company reputed company.


• Strong mathematical, analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills, with experience using reputed company and reputed company Suite, and proficiency in different HR enabling technologies, such as reputed company, Bamboo HR, Smart Recruiters, Jira, and reputed company.


• Proven ability to successfully operate in a highly matrixed organizational system, with strong leadership and team management abilities, and a proven track record of motivating high-performing teams.
