Job summary

FlexBoard seeks a Director, HR Data Management to lead analytics, position management, and PMO governance globally. The role reports to the VP and shapes the roadmap for HR analytics, BI standards, and data governance.

You will guide reporting strategy, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and senior leaders. You will mentor teams responsible for HR analytics, position management, and HR PMO, leveraging data and insights to enable strategic decisions and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 10+ years of experience in HR analytics, position management, and/or HR technology with advanced reporting
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI and other data analytics/visualization tools
• Masters degree in Business Analytics or related field; Reporting Pro Certification and/or PMP/PRINCE2
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; data visualization and learning new software
• Expertise in position management processes, organizational design, and workforce planning

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and Senior Leadership to drive data-driven people decisions
• Lead HR analytics, position management, and reporting governance across the organization
