Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Designs, documents and implements reputed company methodologies, tools, and standards to optimize HR operations and streamline reputed company processes like recruitment, hiring, terminations, engagement, and others that reputed company up the employment life-cycle.
• Oversees HR management practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, in accordance with reputed company policies and employment regulations; updates policies to align with trends and regulatory changes; ensures data is maintained.
• Ensures required HR reporting and regulatory filings are accurate and up to date.
• Reviews, updates, and implements HR policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to align with regulatory changes, industry trends, and organizational needs.
• Participates in evaluating acquisition or affiliation opportunities, including HR operational assessments, data reviews, and due diligence analysis.

Responsibilities

2. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
