Job summary

Cdymax India Pharma is seeking a warehouse professional to manage daily warehouse activities in Bengaluru. The role focuses on maintaining clean storage areas, accurate documentation, and strict adherence to cGMP standards.

The candidate should handle inventory, GRN processes, FEFO/FIFO dispensing, and conduct regular stock reconciliations and audits. Training and compliance with SOPs are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse planned activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse area and update records.
• Prepare GRN, Manual & ERP software.
• Control inventory & handling production returns, non-moving, retest, expired & rejected materials.
• Dispense RM, PM following FEFO/FIFO; update documents.
• Stock reconciliation consignments; update stock adjustments and storage locations.
• Perform perpetual and annual physical verification and audits.
• Carry out warehouse day-to-day activities per SOP; ensure practice matches SOP.
• Ensure cGMP compliance in material receipt, segregation, labeling and weighing equipment checks.
• Implement safety measures in material handling as per cGMP norms.
• Ensure good documentation practice in warehouse.
• Attend trainings and update training records.
• Handle and control RGP, NRGP and Delivery challan.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Execution of Daily warehouse planned activities.

2. To maintain the cleanliness of warehouse area and update the records.

3. Preparation of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Manual & ERP software.

4. Control the Inventory & Handling the Production returns, Non-moving, Retest, Expired & Rejected materials.

5. Dispensing of RM, PM by following the FEFO/FIFO. Once the dispensing activity is completed update all the respective documents.

6. Stock reconciliation shall be done consignment wise in regular intervals and update details in stock adjustment note and update the material storage location in material storage location list.

7. Perpetual and annual physical verification and audit internal and external.

8. Warehouse day to day activities in order to follow the respective SOP. Ensure the actual practice of warehouse activity is matched with SOP.

9. Ensure cGMP compliance in receipt of material segregation, status labels, calibration and performance check of weighing balance etc.

10. Implement safety measures in respect of material handling in warehouse as per cGMP norms.

11. Ensure Good documentation practice in warehouse.

12. Attend the all warehouse department trainings and cross functional departments trainings and update the training details in individual training records.

13. Handling and control of RGP, NRGP and Delivery challan.
