• Conducting interviews & filtering candidates.
• Write and post job descriptions on LinkedIn, career websites, and Job Portals.
• Evaluate and screen resumes.
• Use recruiting tools for assessments and assessments to assess candidate's skills.
• Conduct interviews over phone, Teams, SmartMeet and/or in-person interviews.
• Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates and to final assessor.
• Onboarding selected candidates in WorkDay Portal.
