Job summary

Xtec Global Ltd. in Mohali, Phase 8B, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to independently manage technical hiring plus HR operations.

You will recruit for Developers, SEO Managers, Social Media Managers, Tele Sales Specialists, and other roles, while supporting onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and HR compliance. The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder collaboration, and HR documentation in a dynamic IT environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
• Partner with technical leads and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, schedule interviews, and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and track recruitment metrics.
• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
• Coordinate with accounts/payroll for monthly payroll activities.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Handle basic HR queries and provide necessary support.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of technical sourcing, job portals, and recruitment strategies.
• Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical terminology.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong logical, analytical, and decision-making skills.Knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Basic knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.
