Job summary

Rhysley in Delhi is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end international BPO recruitment. The role focuses on Voice, Customer Support, and Sales profiles with bulk hiring exposure and a day shift in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience, strong communication, negotiation and sourcing skills, and be comfortable working closely with Operations and HR teams to fulfill hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant International BPO recruitment experience.
• Strong experience hiring for Voice, Customer Support, Sales, BDR/BDE profiles.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, negotiation and candidate follow-up skills.
• Experience in bulk/volume hiring is preferred.
• Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
