Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai is seeking an experienced IT support specialist to provide dedicated technical assistance to senior executives. You will manage Windows and Mac OS setups, hardware and mobile device support, and oversee enterprise collaboration tools.

The role requires strong security awareness, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently under pressure, with familiarity in ITIL processes and remote access tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows and Mac OS setup, updates and issue resolution.
• Laptop and peripheral hardware support; mobile device support (iOS/Android).
• Server management activities: AD, DHCP, DNS, WDS, Print server, etc.
• Basic networking knowledge: LAN/WAN, VPN, IP topology, firewall, Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and conference room/video conferencing setup.
• Understanding of endpoint protection and secure device handling for executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated technical support for senior executives, ensuring smooth operation of devices and collaboration tools.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues and maintain device security.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Strong experience in Windows & Mac OS setup, updates, and issue resolution.
• Hardware support laptops, peripherals, Mobile device support (iOS/Android).
• Server Management activities (AD, DHCP, DNS, WDS, Print server..ETC)
• Knowledge of basic networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, IP topology, firewall..etc), Wi-Fi troubleshooting & connectivity support, Understanding of IP addressing and network diagnostics.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Audio-visual tools (Zoom, Teams Rooms, Webex) and Conference room setup & video conferencing support.
• Understanding of endpoint protection tools, Knowledge of secure device handling for executives, corporate security policies.
• The role involves providing dedicated technical support for senior executives/leadership, CXO's ensuring smooth operation of devices, applications, and collaboration tools.
• The position requires strong knowledge of security practices, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, scripting, MDM solutions, and remote access tools is a plus.
