Job summary

Congruence Hr is seeking a Supply Chain Executive in Hyderabad (Kattedan) for a permanent, full-time role on-site. You will coordinate material requirements, support planning, procurement, inventory and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials.

The candidate will engage with internal teams and vendors, monitor stock levels, generate MIS reports, track POs and help resolve routine supply-related issues. Strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, Logistics or related role.
• Good understanding of supply-chain processes across procurement, inventory, material planning, vendor coordination and logistics.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements based on production plans, customer requirements and inventory levels.
• Support planning and timely availability of raw materials, packing materials and other required items.
• Monitor material requirements against available stock and identify potential shortages or delays.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding material availability, order status, delivery schedules and pending supplies.
• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely receipt of materials as per agreed requirements.
• Work with the purchase team to track open orders and address routine supply-related issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and movement of key materials and maintain relevant records.
• Coordinate with Stores to ensure timely updates on material receipts, issues and availability.
• Support periodic review of inventory and highlight excess, shortage or slow-moving materials where required.
• Maintain supply-chain related reports covering purchase orders, material availability, pending supplies, inventory and deliveries.
• Track planned versus actual material availability and highlight deviations to the concerned team.
• Prepare regular MIS and status updates to support supply-chain planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to monitor movement of materials and finished goods.
• Track dispatch and delivery commitments and follow up on pending shipments.
• Support timely resolution of routine issues affecting material or product movement.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Prior experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, Logistics or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of basic supply-chain processes covering procurement, inventory, material planning, vendor coordination and logistics.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with data and operational information.
• Candidates from Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related backgrounds will be preferred.
