Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import logistics for raw materials and critical items, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, banks, and regulators for smooth clearance of imports.
• Handle BOE closure with banks and ensure import documentation meets statutory requirements.
• Monitor customs duty applicability and import regulations to ensure compliance.
• Resolve shipment delays and clearance issues by coordinating with authorities and stakeholders.
• Drive cost optimization by negotiating freight rates and evaluating logistics partners.
• Ensure timely material availability while complying with import-export regulations and policies.

• Monitor inventory levels, procurement schedules, and material availability to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Minimum Work Experience / Education Required:

• 4-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, procurement, inventory planning, or related operations.
