Job summary

Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited in Pune seeks an Executive / Supply Chain Planning & Demand Planning with 1–3 years of experience to support demand forecasting, order management and S&OP activities.

You will coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse and commercial teams to ensure product availability, maintain SAP master data, and develop reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain planning.
• Experience with SAP (SCM/Planning) and ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in pharma supply chains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain demand forecasts for assigned products and SKUs.
• Analyze historical sales and dispatch data to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor forecast performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Support monthly forecasting and demand review activities.
• Manage open orders and ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
• Create and track planned orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and support supply planning activities.
• Participate in monthly S&OP meetings.
• Track and report KPIs such as OTIF and Customer Service Levels.
• Maintain and update master data in SAP and other planning systems.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehouse, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
• Share packing lists and shipment-related information with customers.
• Resolve supply-related issues through cross-functional collaboration.
• Support customer order fulfillment and delivery commitments.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop reports and dashboards for planning and performance monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning efficiency and data accuracy.

Location: Hinjawadi Pune

Job Purpose: To support demand planning, forecasting, order management, and S&OP activities while ensuring timely product availability and effective coordination with manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Forecasting
