Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking an Executive - Stores to manage end-to-end store operations at our facility in India. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, GRN preparation, QC coordination, and maintaining daily records in line with cGMP guidelines.

The role involves QMS documentation, material handling with safety compliance, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth store functioning. Requires B.Sc in Chemistry and 1–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cGMP guidelines and pharmaceutical warehousing practices.
• Familiarity with QMS processes – Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, and OOS handling.
• Proficiency in inventory and stock management (manual/SAP-based stock registers).
• Understanding of material storage conditions (temperature, humidity, segregation norms).
• Knowledge of GRN preparation and inward/outward documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receiving of materials and filing the checklist of received materials as per SOP.
• Storing the materials as per their storage condition at designated place.
• Taking inward entry and preparing GRN of received materials and sending it to QC for sampling and analysis.
• Preparing quarantine label and ensuring it is pasted to each container by the worker.
• Updating stock register with receipt and issuance entries.
• Updating daily records such as area cleaning, temperature and RH, balance verification.
• Dispensing and issuing materials to production as per requisition and updating the stock register.
• Handling and movement of materials in stores with compliance to safety norms.
• Preparing list of raw materials due for retesting and sending retest sample notes to QC.
• QMS documentation related to Change Controls, Deviations, CAPA and OOS.

Job Overview

The Executive – Stores is responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, including receiving, storing, and dispensing materials as per SOP and cGMP guidelines. The role involves preparing GRNs, quarantine labels, and stock register entries, coordinating with QC for sampling and retesting, and maintaining daily records such as area cleaning, temperature/RH, and balance verification. The Executive also handles QMS documentation (Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, OOS) and ensures safe material handling while coordinating with staff for smooth store functioning.
