Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking an Executive-Warehouse to manage receipt, storage and issuance of materials in a cGMP-driven warehouse environment at our site. You will ensure timely goods receipt, proper storage, and efficient material flow to production while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires coordinating with Planning, Purchase, QC and Production teams to minimize inventory risk and maintain clean, compliant warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for receipt and issue of Raw, Packing and Engineering Materials as per cGMP norms.
• Handle storage and issue related transactions in S4-HANA and eWMS systems and control inventory.
• Maintain routine housekeeping in warehouse areas per cGMP norms.
• Maximize utilization of manpower and available resources.
• Manage warehouse operations in Raw material section.
• Coordinate with Planning/Purchase/QC/Production to minimize slow/non-moving and near expiry inventory.
• Prepare and update MIS reports as required and train staff on SOPs for quality work.
• Follow GDP and update SOPs, protocols, reports/records.
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of inventory transactions in S4 HANA and eWMS.

Job Description

• Responsible for physical receipt and storage of Raw material.
• Responsible for the timely preparation of Goods receipt of Raw, Packing.
• Responsible for proper storage of Raw material.
• Responsible for timely and correct material issuance to production for manufacturing.
• Responsible for control of inventory of Raw materials..
• Responsible for disposal of rejected/LRN and Write-off materials and its documentation.
• Responsible for training to staff and workman time to time.
• Responsible for coordinate with Planning/Purchase/QC/Production for minimize inventory of Raw, Packing and Engineering materials to avoid slow moving/non-moving and near-expiry inventory.
• Responsible for collect/ retrieve/preparation of daily records/regular documents and arrangement for submitting the same to QA department after completion.
• Responsible for proper arrangement and storage of material as per need.
• Responsible for any other activity from time to time which his supervisor/company feel appropriate.
• Responsible for warehouse management program.
• Preparation /updating of MIS report as per requirment.
• Training of people for SOP's for best quality of work.
• Follow the GDP and prepare and update the SOP, protocols, reports/ records
