Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Trainee - Stores to support end-to-end store operations following SOP and cGMP guidelines. You will help receive, store, issue materials and maintain records under supervision.

The role involves preparing GRNs, quarantine labels, updating stock registers, and coordinating with QC for sampling and retesting. Attention to detail, safety and compliance are essential in daily store activities.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. (Chemistry) required.
• 0–1 year experience in stores in pharma or similar field.
• Familiarity with cGMP practices and SOPs.
• Ability to maintain accurate GRNs and stock records.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and issue materials per SOP and cGMP.
• Prepare GRNs and quarantine labels; coordinate with QC for sampling.
• Update stock registers and daily records (area cleaning, temp/RH, balance verification).
• Maintain documentation for inbound/outbound materials.
• Coordinate with production and QA for smooth store activities.
