Responsibilities

• Provide weekly report of items for purchase against standard minimum stock level quantities.
• Maintain documentation for RMPM, SGA, Marketing, Chemicals & Consumables, updating inward, outward and GRN ledger.
• Prepare Day Issue Slips (MRIN), Material Return Notes for daily RMPM reports and file transactions.
• Prepare goods receipt notes against Purchase Orders released by Purchase Department.
• Issue material to production as required.
• Maintain 5S and GMP in stores.
• Ensure proper storage practices across Raw Material, Packing Material and consumables.
• Organize and control inventories at the stores department.

Objective: Responsible for the correct and efficient operation of the incoming raw material.

Title: Store Executive

Function: Supply Chain Manufacturing - Stores

Work Location: Plant

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Provide weekly report of items for purchase against standard minimum stock level quantities


• 2. Highly responsible about Documentations of All RMPM, SGA, Marketing, Chemicals & Consumables & Others (Updating of Inward, Outward and GRN ,Ledger )


• 3. For Daily RMPM Report preparation, he provides the Day Issue Slips (MRIN); Material Return Notes and Keep All Transaction properly filed.


• 4. Preparation of the goods receipt note against the Purchase Order which is released by the Purchase Department


• 5. Issue of material to production.


• 6. Maintain 5S, GMP in stores


• 7. Maintain proper storage practices


• 8. Organize and control inventories of Raw Material and Packing Material, consumables etc. at the stores department.
