Responsibilities include monitoring biometric attendance, addressing discrepancies, supporting audits, and providing timely reports on attendance trends and irregularities. Collaborate with HRMS for data accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with attendance management in a large workforce (1000+ employees) and an online time attendance system.
• Must be from a manufacturing setup.
• Experience with HRMS and biometric attendance is preferred.

• Manage daily employee attendance and timekeeping records.
• Monitor attendance, late coming, early leaving, absenteeism, and shift timings.
• Maintain attendance data in the HRMS / attendance management system.
• Monitor biometric attendance and resolve discrepancies.
• Support attendance audits and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in implementing and improving attendance management processes.
• Provide timely reports and insights on attendance trends and irregularities.
