Job summary

Walplast Products is seeking a proactive Field Sales professional to drive product sampling at construction sites and promote brand visibility. You will engage with contractors and site supervisors to establish product presence, organize promotional activities, and perform market analysis to identify opportunities.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, driving project sales, and working independently to meet targets in a dynamic market environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Tile Adhesives, Epoxy Grout Paints, Gypsum, Construction Chemicals RMC industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive project sales and manage customer relationships.
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Must have a strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Customer Centricity, Critical Thinking, Communication Skills, Trust, Drive for results, Planning & Organising, Nimble Learning.

Responsibilities
