Walplast Products in Mumbai is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive retail sales across our paints, putty, texture, tile adhesives and waterproofing range. You will strengthen distributor/dealer partnerships, expand the dealer network, and run retailer engagement activities to boost market presence.

The role focuses on promoting our product portfolio, monitoring competition, and delivering timely sales analytics.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in Retail Sales in paints/building materials industries.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Development: Achieve primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory through effective market coverage and retail execution.
• Channel Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and influencers to maximize business opportunities.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities by appointing new dealers, increasing retail outlets, and expanding market reach.
• Product Promotion: Promote the company's Paints, Putty, Texture, Tile Adhesives, and Waterproofing product portfolio through retailer engagement, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends, and share actionable insights with the management team.
• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.
• Sales Planning & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, monitor sales performance, and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Compliance: Maintain accurate records, adhere to company policies, and ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
