Job summary

Sai Placement in Vadodara is seeking a QA/QC specialist to manage QAP, welding and NDT requirements and perform quality inspections in accordance with drawings and specifications.

You will conduct Inward, In-Process and Final Inspections, support FAT with clients, prepare MOM, and close deviations/NCRs while coordinating with suppliers for quality observations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of QAP and NDT requirements to assure welding quality
• Hands-on experience with inspection per drawings/specifications
• Basic knowledge of NDT processes and materials (SS, Hastelloy, Duplex)

Responsibilities

• Conduct FAT with clients and prepare MOM; close deviations/NCRs
• Handle Supplier Quality, Vendor Inspection and Customer Observations
• Ensure compliance with WPS, PQR and weld-related documentation
