Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India, is seeking a QA/QC professional to prepare QC documentation for tenders and assist the tendering team. You will prepare Inspection Test Plans, Method Statements and QC Procedures in line with scope and tender documents, ensuring timely approvals.

You will also prepare or review NDT and PWHT procedures, material certificates, and equipment test certificates (FAT) and monitor welding parameters for SMAW, GTAW, GMAW and SAW as applicable on site.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing QC documentation for tenders and proposals.
• Prepare Inspection Test Plans, Method Statements and QC Procedures according to scope of work and tender documents.
• Prepare/review NDT and PWHT procedures, material certificates and equipment test certificates (FAT).

Job description

Preparing the QC documentation for tenders / proposals and assisting the tendering team

Preparation of Project Inspection Test Plan, Method Statements and QC Procedures according to scope of work and tender documents.

Preparation of WPS, PQR, WQT, project quality plans, QA/QC procedures and liaise with the client for timely approval of the same.

Preparation/ review of NDT and PWHT procedures, Material Certificates and Equipment Test Certificates. (FAT)

Monitor and witness welding parameters for the processes such as SMAW, GTAW, GMAW & SAW as applicable.
