Job summary

Express Global Logistics is seeking an Import Operations professional in Maharashtra, India to handle IGM filings, DO releases, and end-to-end import documentation. You will coordinate with shipping lines and internal teams to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments.

The role requires hands-on experience in import operations and strong communication skills to provide timely status updates to customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Import Operations / Freight Forwarding.
• Knowledge of IGM filing, DO release, and import documentation.
• Working knowledge of ODeX and shipping line portals.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Import IGM filing accurately and within timelines.
• Coordinate with shipping lines for DO release.
• Manage complete import shipment documentation for clearance and delivery.
