Job summary

Finesse Staffing seeks a dynamic Learning & Development professional to lead training and employee engagement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

You will design and deliver soft skills and professional development programs, assess training needs, and coordinate activities to boost morale and retention. Manufacturing experience is highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training / Employee Engagement.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs for employees.
• Conduct training sessions as an in-house trainer on soft skills, behavioral skills, and professional development.
• Identify training needs through assessments and performance reviews.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as happy hours, team-building events, and cultural programs.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external events.
• Work closely with HR and leadership to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• Manage end-to-end training cycle (need identification, content creation, delivery, feedback).
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
• Foster a positive work culture within the manufacturing setup.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system standards.
