Job summary

Vividhataa seeks a Shift Officer-Production Lead to supervise shift production, manpower and productivity while upholding quality, safety and targets. You will coordinate maintenance, resolve shop-floor issues and drive 5S and efficiency across the line.

This role requires an engineering background with hands-on leadership to improve performance and ensure smooth operations in the factory, based in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications

• UG/ Diploma in engineering with focus on production and industrial processes.
• Relevant engineering discipline required as listed in the job ad.
