Job summary

Digitide Solutions Limited seeks an AR Executive to manage accounts receivable, invoice customers, and drive collections. You will coordinate with internal teams, resolve disputes, and update SAP for each interaction. The role includes field visits and end-to-end account handling, with a focus on high-end corporate customers.

Candidate should have strong Excel skills, be target oriented, and have prior collections experience. 6 days/week from office in Ahmedabad/New Delhi as applicable.

Qualifications

• Proficient Excel skills for data entry and reconciliation.
• Prior collections experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Send invoices to customers and follow up on payments as per PTP.
• Resolve customer disputes by coordinating with internal teams; update SAP for each interaction.
• Ensure transaction feedback is closed within timelines.
• Achieve monthly collection targets.
• Handle end-to-end accounts and perform field visits as requested.
• Reconcile customer payments for clarity.
• Ability to manage high-end customers.

Role: - AR Executive (Account Receivable Executive)

Location: - Ahmedabad, New Delhi

Job Description:

1. Sending invoices to Customers, following up with Customers for payments as per PTP.
2. Resolving Customer disputes if any by coordinating with internal departments, Updating SAP for every unique interaction.
3. Ensuring Transaction Feedback is closed within timelines.
4. Achieving Monthly Collection Target.
5. Should handle direct end to end accounts along with Field Visit as per customer request.
6. Reconciliation from Customer end for payment clarity.
7. Should be able to Handle high end customers.

Qalification:
