Job summary

Flipkart in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Grade 5/6 Fulfillment lead to drive fulfillment operations, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and manage field timelines to meet core operations metrics.

You will process daily inbound and outbound orders, maintain quality standards, oversee WOM and inventory, manage executives and large task forces, conduct physical counts, reconcile data systems, and plan manpower and rosters.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA preferred.
• 1 to 4 years experience in SCM, E-commerce or operations.

Responsibilities

• Process daily inbound and outbound orders.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Ensure WOM and inventory management.
• Manage Executives and large task force.
• Control inventory levels by physical counts.
• Reconcile with a data storage system.
• Define safety and quality standards with 100% adherence.
• Manage Off-roll Executives, DEOs, MH and monitoring.
• Plan manpower and roaster.

About the role.

Grade - 5/6

Fulfillment - Drive Fulfillment operations to drive the requirements and high level process solutions, leading cross-functional activities and managing the timelines for field operations to support Ops metrics.

What youll do:

• Processing Daily Inbound & Outbound Orders.


• Maintaining Quality standards


• Ensuring WOM (Warehouse Order Management) & Inventory Management.


• Handling the team Executives & large task force


• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts.


• Reconciling with a data storage system.


• Define high level of safety & quality standards/ guidelines & 100% adherence of same.(Zero Accident/incident)Managing Prexo and physical counts


• Handling Offroll Executives,DEOs,MH & regular monitoring.


• Manpower & Roaster planning.

What you’ll need:

• Graduate/Post Graduate / MBA (Preferred)


• Must have 1 to 4yrs experience in relevant industry (SCM

,E-commerce, Operations, etc).
