Job summary

Birla Elevators is seeking a Back Office Executive to support the sales team by handling administrative work, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal departments and the Head Office.

You will process sales orders and invoices, update CRM/ERP records, generate reports, and follow up with customers on payments. 1–3 years of related experience and strong communication and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or back-office operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP software is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
