Birla Elevators, India's first Smart Elevator Company and technology leader, invites seasoned professionals to oversee profit centre operations in a designated area. The role requires a B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) and/or MBA/PGDBM in Marketing with 10–15 years in the elevator industry.

You will drive sales, service, modernization, and installation initiatives, manage P&L, build key client relationships, analyze market trends, and lead a team to achieve growth and margins while ensuring

Competenze

• B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) or MBA/PGDBM in Marketing.
• 10–15 years of experience preferably in Elevator Industry.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Willing to lead a team and manage a profit centre.

• Primary function is to lead the profit centre operations of a designated area or state.

• Manage overall customer, profit and loss and business development responsibilities for the entire branch.

• Identify & analyse industry/geographic trends & competitive marketing and financial strategies with strategy implications.

• Monitor, analyse, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities, adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.

• Comply with the relevant standards for the overall risk assessment, cash flow management.

• Execute Plans and deliver on commitments on Numbers/Values/Margins.

• Increase market share in the designated area.

• Responsible for the development and implementation of sales, service, modernization, repair and installation business.

• Maintain healthy business relations with major Builders and Architects.

• Attain maximum customer satisfaction by providing efficient after sale service to the customers.

• Execute implementation of objectives/initiatives for the service, modernization, repair and new equipment business (i.e. Safety, Quality, market pricing, etc).

• Do the site visit and understand the client requirement to provide the better solution.

Must have handled a team.

B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) and / or MBA / PGDBM in Marketing.

10-15 years of experience preferably in Elevator Industry.
