  • Strong calendar management, travel coordination, meeting management, minutes, follow-ups, and executive correspondence.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely responses and coordination.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings, and other logistical requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain Excel trackers, team data, MIS, and expense records; support expense reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action items.
  • Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and other initiatives.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative requirements and sensitive information with discretion.

Job Overview

The incumbent will be responsible comprehensive organizational, administrative and programme support to the office. S/he will act as the bridge between the reporting manager and internal/external stakeholders. S/he will be representing the office and, will prioritize & manage information flow into/out of the office. The incumbent shall also be responsible for data governance & driving events for CXOs office.

Education & Qualifications

Graduation is mandatory; Post Graduation/Diploma in EA will be preferred.
