Brickred Systems is seeking an exceptional Executive Search Recruiter to identify, engage, and close C-level and senior executive talent for US markets. This role demands a true headhunter with deep market insight and the ability to build trusted relationships with CEOs, CHROs, and senior hiring leaders.

You will lead end-to-end searches, map talent across industries, and develop sourcing strategies, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-impact outcomes for strategic leadership

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Search Recruiter with proven experience identifying, engaging, and closing C-level and senior executive talent across the US market.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic recruiter who is a true headhunter, understands executive talent markets, and can build trusted relationships with senior leaders, executives, and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end executive search engagements across C-suite, VP, SVP, and other senior leadership positions.
• Develop and execute targeted executive talent-mapping and market intelligence strategies.
• Identify and engage highly passive executives through sophisticated headhunting, research, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Build deep pipelines across target companies, industries, and competitive talent markets.
• Partner closely with CEOs, CHROs, executives, and senior hiring leaders to understand business objectives and define executive search strategies.
• Provide market insights on executive availability, compensation, competitive talent, succession pipelines, and hiring feasibility.
• Conduct confidential executive outreach and manage senior-level candidate relationships throughout the search process.
• Lead candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer strategy, negotiation, and executive closing.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion throughout sensitive executive searches.
• Track search progress, market intelligence, pipeline health, and executive engagement metrics.
• Build long-term relationships with executive talent, even when they are not actively considering a move.

What We’re Looking For

• 8-12+ years of Talent Acquisition / Executive Search experience, preferably within the US market.
• Proven track record recruiting C-level, VP, SVP, and other senior executive positions.
• Exceptional headhunting and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of US executive talent markets and competitive organizations.
• Experience with talent mapping, market intelligence, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, executive research, and sourcing strategies.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with senior leaders and C-suite candidates.
• Demonstrated success managing confidential, complex, and high-priority searches from intake through closure.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, stakeholder management, and candidate-closing skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
