Adecco is seeking an executive search consultant to focus on C-suite hiring, identifying and assessing CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CTOs and CHROs. You will craft targeted search strategies, conduct market mapping, and engage passive candidates to build confidential leadership pipelines.

You will evaluate leadership impact, strategic vision, and cultural fit, while partnering with senior stakeholders to define role requirements, compensation benchmarks, and delivery timelines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is mandatory.
• Experience: 8–10 years in executive search and leadership hiring.
• Lead end-to-end executive search assignments for senior leadership, executive, and business-critical roles across functions.
• Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, leadership capabilities, success profiles, and search strategy.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and talent intelligence to identify relevant talent pools and potential candidates.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Build and maintain confidential talent pipelines and succession-ready talent maps for current and future leadership requirements.
• Assess candidates through structured discussions covering leadership impact, functional expertise, career progression, motivation, and cultural alignment.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, competitor movements, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends.
• Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, feedback, offer discussions, and compensation negotiations in partnership with stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on search progress, shortlist quality, market challenges, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure a high-quality, confidential, and professional candidate experience throughout the search process.
• Maintain accurate search documentation, candidate records, and recruitment reports in line with internal processes and data privacy requirements.
