Job summary

Indihire Consultants in Bengaluru seeks a senior leadership recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for senior management and leadership positions across functions and business units. You will partner with CXOs, business heads and HR leadership to understand current and future leadership talent requirements, and develop targeted hiring strategies aligned with business priorities.

Build pipelines via executive search firms, referrals, LinkedIn, and networks.

• Own end-to-end hiring for senior management and leadership positions across functions and business units.
• Partner with CXOs, business heads, and HR leadership to understand current and future leadership talent requirements.
• Develop and execute targeted leadership hiring strategies based on business priorities.
• Build strong talent pipelines through executive search firms, professional networks, referrals, LinkedIn, industry mapping, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping to identify high-potential leadership talent.
• Manage relationships with executive search and recruitment partners, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost effectiveness.
• Lead candidate identification, screening, interviewing, assessment, reference checks, compensation discussions, and offer closure
