• Lead end-to-end hiring for senior leadership, functional leadership, and critical positions.
• Partner with CXOs, business heads, and hiring managers to understand organizational priorities and define leadership hiring strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of senior talent through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, executive search firms, and market mapping.
• Manage confidential and highly sensitive leadership searches professionally.
• Drive candidate engagement and ensure a positive executive candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• A strategic Talent Acquisition professional rather than only a transactional recruiter.
• Comfortable interacting with CXO-level and senior business stakeholders.
• Experienced in both executive search and technical recruitment.
• Able to understand complex technology roles and translate technical requirements into effective hiring strategies.
