Job summary

Mahindra Finance is seeking a field sales representative in Kerala to drive car loan business. You will source customers for new and pre-owned car loans, build dealer and influencer networks, and ensure end-to-end loan processing from application to disbursement.

Responsibilities include conducting field visits, explaining loan terms, verifying documents, coordinating with credit and operations, and providing post-disbursement support to customers. A valid two-wheeler license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development

• Source customers for New Car loans & Pre Owned Car Loans.
• Build and maintain strong relations with dealers, DSA, Brokers, and local influencers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement.
• Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities.

B. Customer Handling

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, EMI plans, and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers in application filling and ensure end-to-end support.

C. Documentation & Verification

• Collect and verify customer KYC, income proof, bank statements, and other required documents.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance as per company policies.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing.

D. Loan Processing

• Submit cases for credit approval and follow up until disbursal.
• Update tracking sheets or CRM systems with real-time loan status.
• Resolve discrepancies and support verification officers during field investigations.

E. Post-Disbursement Support

• Ensure onboarding and welcome call completion.
• Coordinate with customers for repayment-related queries.
• Assist in overdue follow-ups when required.
