Job summary

MAPAL Dr. Kress SE & Co. KG in Chennai seeks an experienced Executive - Sales & Technical Service to drive field support for customers in the automotive and tooling sectors. You will combine technical know-how with proactive sales activity to promote services and solutions.

The role requires 4–8 years in cutting tool or machine tool industries, strong English and local language skills, and hands-on experience with metrology, CNC tooling, and tool setting at customer sites.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in cutting tool / machine tool / automotive manufacturing with field sales & technical service exposure.
• Good command of English; regional language proficiency.
• Experience with metrology equipment and inspection reports.
• Ability to assemble tools, set CNC machining centres, and NC programming.
• Knowledge of machining processes, tool holding and work holding methods.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales and technical services as required by business.
• Maintain strong customer relations with technical support.
• Collect enquiries and projects from customers.
• Follow up with HO for proposals, offers and clarifications.
• Assemble tools and set them for component runs at customer site.
• Update TPLS: Tool Performance Learning System.
