• Prepare business plans using data from market surveys and research.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and aligning with operations.
• Provide troubleshooting, support and submit technical proposals/recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules; strong problem-solving to understand customer needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline in the company cloud platform and update day-to-day activities.
