Job summary

Pratap Tex-Chem Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a sales professional to drive institutional sales for Dairy Equipment Cleaner products across dairy plants, milk unions, and food processing units in Maharashtra.

You will conduct product trials and demonstrations, negotiate orders, and manage distributor networks. The role requires 4–6 years of experience in the dairy, food & beverages sectors, with a proven ability to meet revenue targets and build strong customer relationships across key dairy and F&B

Qualifications

• MBA in marketing or technical background with dairy industry focus.
• Proven track record in institutional sales and achieving targets.
• Experience in dairy and F&B segments is preferred.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets for Dairy Equipment Cleaner products by driving institutional sales across dairy plants, milk unions, and food processing units.
• Conduct product trials, technical presentations, and demonstrations at customer sites, followed by timely follow-ups, negotiations, and order closures.
• Develop the market across Maharashtra by identifying new business opportunities, untapped territories, potential institutional customers, and strengthening the distributor network.
• Manage and develop dealers by setting monthly targets, conducting regular reviews and field visits, and providing technical and sales training to improve their capabilities.
• Build strong customer relationships with key decision-makers in dairy and F&B units, resolve customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
• Monitor and report business performance through sales reports, market and competitor insights, product trial results, sales forecasting, and pipeline management. Support exhibitions, seminars, promotional activities, and new product development initiatives.
