Job summary

Policybazaar.com in Bengaluru is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for Field Sales roles. You will source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels, and conduct bulk hiring campaigns to meet business needs.

The role requires 1–2 years of executive or non-IT recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI/insurance. You will coordinate with stakeholders to fill positions quickly and maintain records of applications, interviews, and offers.

• Based in Bengaluru, willing to work 6 days in office.
