Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for interviewer panels.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Source and screen interviewer panels via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
• Maintain and regularly update an active database of verified panels.
• Coordinate panel onboarding with onboarding emails and documentation.
• Add panels to Risebird portal and share login credentials.
• Ensure all positions are closed within timelines communicated by management.
