• Monitor network vehicles 24x7 using GPS platforms, GNMS, portals, or calls in case of GPS failure.
• Track and elevate exceptions such as unscheduled stops, breakdowns, accidents, theft attempts, and security concerns.
• Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Security, regional teams, vendors, and zonal teams for vehicle recovery and operational readiness.
• Prepare MIS reports on performance, incidents, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.

• Monitor network timelines and support push-pull efforts for delayed vehicles.
