Carzonrent is seeking a seasoned Central Manager Operations / National Manager Central Operations to lead the centralized operations command center for last-mile mobility and transport services.

You will oversee real-time fleet monitoring, dispatch optimization, SLA management, and operational efficiency across multiple cities to ensure high service reliability and customer satisfaction. Collaborative leadership across operations, support, and technology teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Last Mile Operations / Control Tower / Central Dispatch Operations.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced National Manager Central Operations / Control Tower to lead and manage the centralized operations command center for last-mile mobility and transport services.

The role will be responsible for real-time fleet monitoring, dispatch optimization, SLA management, and operational efficiency across multiple cities while ensuring high service reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Central Operations & Control Tower Management

• Lead the Central Operations / Control Tower function for nationwide transport operations.
• Monitor real-time fleet movement, trip allocation, and service performance.
• Ensure SLA adherence, on-time pickups, and operational efficiency across locations.
• Manage centralized dispatch, trip assignment, and escalation management.

Last Mile Operations

• Oversee last-mile mobility operations ensuring seamless trip fulfillment.
• Optimize vehicle utilization, driver productivity, and trip turnaround times.
• Resolve operational disruptions and manage real-time incident handling.

Transport & Logistics Planning

• Plan and manage large-scale transport logistics for events, corporate movements, and special operations.
• Ensure effective ad-hoc and scheduled transport allocation.

Client & Service Management

• Maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and partners.
• Ensure high service quality, customer satisfaction, and SLA compliance.
• Work closely with clients to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Vendor & Fleet Partner Management

• Manage vendor partners and fleet operators across cities.
• Negotiate rates and ensure service quality standards.
• Monitor vendor performance through KPIs and operational metrics.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage central operations, dispatch, and support teams.
• Drive performance management and training initiatives.
• Ensure effective coordination between operations, customer support, and technology teams.

Process & Technology

• Develop and implement SOPs for centralized operations and dispatch management.
• Work closely with product/technology teams to improve automation, dashboards, and operational analytics.
• Drive data-driven decision-making using operational dashboards and reporting tools.
