The role focuses on MAWB/HAWB preparation, ASI submission, gate passes, and timely submission of e-AWB, with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with 1 year of AWB preparation experience.
• Knowledge of airline booking procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Good coordination, documentation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MAWB and HAWB.
• Submit ASI and prepare gate passes.
• Prepare final handover sets and submit e-AWB.
• Coordinate with customers for smooth cargo clearance.
• Communicate with airlines regarding carting and shipment requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines for AWB amendments.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all AWB-related documentation.
