Job summary

Asian Paints Limited in Indore seeks a Service Engineer for Dealer Tinting System (Colour Worlds) installation and after-sales support. You will monitor service providers, coordinate installations, and contribute ideas to improve service quality.

Ideal candidates are BE graduates in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation with < 30 years age, strong communication, and computer skills. Fresher friendly with field exposure to consumer electronics/white goods is considered.

Qualifications

• First Class graduate with at least 60% in B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation).
• Age below 30 years.
• Computer literate (DOS, Word, Excel).
• Field experience (1–3 years) preferred; competent fresher can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Install Dealer Tinting System (Colour Worlds) and provide regular after-sales service.
• Monitor performance of other service providers and suggest improvements.
• Set up service agencies, monitor servicing, coordinate installations and conduct periodic audits.

Candidate Profile

• B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) – First Class Graduates, i.e. candidates should have scored atleast 60% marks in their graduation.
• Good communication skills.
• Age should be less than 30 years.
• Computer literate (knowledge of Dos, Word, Excel).
• Field Experience (1 to 3 years) is preferred (in front-line servicing/co-ordination Preferably in Consumer Electronics, White Goods industry).
• Competent fresher can also be considered.

Role Description

• Responsible for smooth installation of Dealer Tinting System (Colour Worlds), providing regular after sales service, monitoring performance of other service providers and constantly providing innovative suggestions for improving this service.
• The Service Engineer would be responsible for all the areas involving the hardware in the Colour Worlds – installation, servicing and maintenance and ensuring quality output from them.
• He would be acting through a set of agencies who would be doing the specific activities. He would be setting up systems, developing service agencies, monitoring servicing, coordinating installations and conducting periodic audits.
