Job summary

Asian Paints Limited is seeking a field-facing role to manage contractors across our Ahmedabad region. You will profile contractors, enroll them in training, and drive product adoption while coordinating with retail teams for on-site support.

Ideal candidates hold a graduation with 50% marks, may have MBA Marketing, and Fresher applicants are welcome. A two-wheeler is preferred due to travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Full time (Regular Day Course) Graduation in any discipline with min 50% marks.
• Engineers will not be considered.
• MBA in Marketing is desirable; fresher candidates may be considered.
• Work experience of 0.5 years in related area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet contractors, profile them and shortlist those adoptable for training and grooming.
• Track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.
• Serve as single point of contact for contractor queries, training, site evaluation, and on-site assistance.
• Coordinate with TSO and retail team on required follow-ups and trainings.
• Enroll adopted contractors for training programs and evaluate on-site proficiency.

Job Purpose

• His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for - training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.
• He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.
• He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site technical assistance, and any other relevant requirement.
• Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Supervisor in the region.

Key Performance Indicators

• Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit
• Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency
• Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage
• Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian PaintsEnsure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy
• Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors
• Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.

Functional Competencies
