Job summary

Asian Paints in Bengaluru is looking for a field sales professional to drive sales across décor categories such as wallpaper and furniture and to meet monthly and yearly targets.

You will coordinate material delivery to retailers, maintain and expand the retailer network, monitor collections, and engage with architects and interior designers to boost secondary sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring sales delivery on décor categories in the geography (wallpaper, furniture, etc.)
• Delivering on monthly and annual sales targets and category plans
• Coordinating material delivery to retailers
• Sustaining and expanding the existing retailer network
• Monitoring outstanding amounts and collections from customers
• Interacting with architects and interior designers to aid secondary sales
• Conducting shop staff training and customer activations for secondary sales
• Handling customer queries and ensuring issue resolution and closure

• Responsible for ensuring delivery of monthly and annual promise sales figures and category level plans
• Coordination for material delivery to retailers.
• Responsible for sustenance of existing network and for Network expansion.
• Responsible for Monitoring Outstanding and Collections from customers
• Interaction with end customers like Architects, interior designers to help aid secondary sales
• Secondary sales activities like shop staff training, customer activations
• Customer handling and resolution and closure of issues.
