Job summary

Asian Paints in Bengaluru is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to drive delivery of decor categories such as wallpaper and furniture across geography. You will ensure monthly and annual sales targets, coordinate material delivery to retailers, sustain and expand the network, monitor collections, and engage with architects and interior designers to boost secondary sales.

You will handle customer interactions, activations, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring sales delivery on décor categories in the geography (wallpaper, furniture).
• Delivering monthly and annual sales targets and category level plans.
• Coordinating material delivery to retailers.
• Sustaining existing network and expanding network.
• Monitoring outstanding and collections from customers.
• Interacting with Architects and interior designers to aid secondary sales.
• Handling secondary sales activities such as shop staff training and customer activations.
• Managing customer interactions and resolving issues to closure.

• Ensuring sales delivery on all décor categories in the geography- wallpaper, furniture etc.
• Responsible for ensuring delivery of monthly and annual promise sales figures and category level plans
• Coordination for material delivery to retailers.
• Responsible for sustenance of existing network and for Network expansion.
• Responsible for Monitoring Outstanding and Collections from customers
• Interaction with end customers like Architects, interior designers to help aid secondary sales
• Secondary sales activities like shop staff training, customer activations
• Customer handling and resolution and closure of issues.
