Job summary

Asian Paints Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a field role to build and maintain strong relationships with Architects & Interior Designers (AIDs) across Home Décor categories including Luxury Lights, Kitchens, Wardrobe, Bath fittings, UPVC, Textures and Fabrics.

You will onboard new AIDs, maintain the Customer Master List, plan territory opportunities, generate leads, conduct site visits, and coordinate with category teams to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing AIDs and service their requirements.
• Onboarding new AIDs and creating a database of all active architects in defined geography.
• Maintain & Update CML (Customer Master List) for AIDs.
• Plan potential business in your territory & categories via AIDs.
• Lead generation by showcasing offerings through catalogs & brochures and informing AIDs about new launches and product updates, followed by scheduling meetings to strengthen engagement.
• Conduct site visits to end customers’ homes, act as the Point of Contact (POC) for escalations, and ensure a smooth experience during home décor integration.
• Coordinate with business category teams for backend support and seamless execution.
• Maintain tracker with weekly visits to architects and updates on number of catalogs/collaterals distributed.
