Job summary

Asian Paints Limited in Hyderabad seeks a field-based role focused on building and maintaining relationships with Architects and Interior Designers (AIDs). Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing AIDs and service their requirements.
• Onboard new AIDs and create a database of all active architects in defined geography.
• Maintain & Update CML (Customer Master List) for AIDs.
• Plan potential business in your territory & categories via AIDs.
• Lead generation by showcasing offerings through catalogs & brochures and informing AIDs about new launches and product updates, followed by scheduling meetings to strengthen engagement.
• Conduct site visits to end customers’ homes, act as the POC for escalations, and ensure a smooth experience during home décor integration.
• Coordinate with business category teams for backend support and seamless execution.
• Maintain tracker with weekly visits to architects and updates on catalogs/collaterals distributed.
